Hancock

We were on Everest Base Camp Camping Trek. I wanted to express my appreciation for the trip. WellPlan Trekking had organized our trip very well and did phenomenal job for us until Airport departure! Mr Ram(Owner) is a great person who had always taken care his customers even after our trips was over. A person had a hard time to carry his bag during the trip so his staff carried his bag the first day in addition to his own, taking on an incredible load. Ram kept encouraging everyone and kept running back and forth to make sure everyone was okay going at their speed and ensuring everyone got to the campsite safely. Even after that long first day Ram’s camping Cook made the meal and wanted to serve us, not allowing us to help. His meals were incredible and there was always plenty to eat and he would go last to make sure everyone got as much as they needed. Ram had helpful hints as to how to wear the packs and use the walking poles and stay hydrated. I can’t say enough about how Ram and his staffs were being our friends and ensured a fun and successful hike. The four of us had a great time! Thank you Ram and your staffs who had made our trip successful. I would definately recoment to join WellPlan Trekking to my friends and others who are interested for trekking in Nepal.
