Tent Peak stands at 5,663 m and 18,575 ft high, although a lesser and below 6,000 m but one of the toughest and highly technical peaks to climb right up to its rocky and ice summit, the peak is also known as Tharpu Chuli when looked at from the sanctuary and at base camp, it resembles the shape of a tent hence the name Tent peak which rises high above the sanctuary and from the top mind-blowing panorama of mountains that surrounds you.

Trip in Detail:
Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu 1,345 m and then transfer to respective Hotels
On reaching Kathmandu via respective airlines well received by company guides and staff for a short drive in the hub of Kathmandu city where your hotels located.After checking into your lovely rooms getting refreshed join in at the hotel lobby for a group briefing regarding trek and climb with other useful information to make your stay in Nepal enjoyable and pleasant. The evening includes a group welcome dinner in nice Nepalese restaurants with cultural programs as entertainment with the dinner.
Day 02: Kathmandu with a sightseeing tour and trek preparations.
The morning after hearty breakfast, as per the given time our city and tour guide will lead you in the heart of Kathmandu city, for an exciting historical and heritage tour of old Durbar (royal palace and courtyard) square, of historical importance includes Temple of Kumari (Living young virgin Goddess) Kastamandap Temple where Kathmandu name derived from, a temple built with the wood of a single tree, tour of the old palace during the reign of Malla and late Shah kings Tour leads to the famous landmark of Nepal at Swayambhunath Stupa of more than 2,500 years old a Buddhist Chaitya or Stupa with all-seeing eyes of Lord Buddha, afternoon back to the hotel, after an interesting tour rest of the day free at leisure and preparation for Tent Peak Climb and Annapurna Base Camp Trekking.
Day 03: Drive to Pokhara 860 m - 06 hrs journeys (via flights 30 mins on air).
Tent Peak Climb with Annapurna Base Camp trek begins with an overland drive to Nepal Mid West taking a comfortable coach or in Tourist Bus to reach scenic Pokhara, a beautiful and leading touristic place in all Himalaya range, with warm sub-tropical temperatures and close views of Annapurna Himalaya with Mt. Machhapuchare ‘Fish Tail’.On reaching Pokhara transfer to respective hotels by the Phewa Lake with views of Annapurna and Machhapuchare peak, afternoon at leisure for short walks around the lakeside.
Day 04: Drive to Nayapul and beyond to Siwai and trek to Jhinu village- 06 hrs.
Morning departs from the hotel taking a short drive where the journey takes you beyond Pokhara, valley facing views of Manaslu and Annapurna Himalaya.On reaching at Nayapul following Modi River towards Bhirethati village as the drive continues further past farm villages and terraced fields to reach at Siwai village by the Modi River.From here where our first-day walk starts towards the north with a steep climb on stone-paved steps to Jhinu village located on a high scenic ridge, from this village a short walk downhill leads you to natural hot-spring by the Modi River.
Day 05: Trek to Chomrong 2,170 m - 04 hrs.
The morning begins with an uphill to reach a ridge above at Jhinu towards Chomrong village, where the short downhill walk takes you to Chomrong village for overnight stops, Chomrong the last permanent village, and the door to Annapurna Sanctuary and Base Camp treks. One of the largest Gurung villages around the Annapurna region enriched with Buddhism and ancient taboo worship of natural spirits.
Day 06: Trek to Dovan 2,630 m - 06 hrs.
From Chomrong morning walk leads to a short downhill over terraced farm fields to reach at Chomrong river, after crossing the bridge an uphill for an hour to Sinuwa-Danda a small spot with few lodges offering great views of the surrounding landscapes and rolling green hills, from this place walking through the cool dense forest till a place called Bamboo is reached, located by the Modi River in the middle of bamboo, rhododendron and oaks forest. From here an hour walk on the gradual up trail to Dovan for the overnight stop, situated in the middle of forest Modi River gorge.
Day 07: Trek to MBC 3,700 m (Machhapuchare Base Camp) - 06 hrs.
After overnight at Dovan as walk lead onward where vegetation and tree lines drop for high altitude alpine bushes and shrubs, our route climbs following raging Modi river upstream right up to its source at base camp, walk gets better in some sections and then with last steep climb to reaching at Machhapuchare Base Camp for overnight stay. This place with few good lodges located beneath the North Face of Mt. Machhapuchare. Here onward into Annapurna Sanctuary, afternoon relax or short excursion around this tranquil wilderness with views of Annapurna South-Huinchuli, Singu Chuli / Fluted peak as well Annapurna I with VaraShikar (Annapurna Fang) towards North West.
Day 08: Trek to ABC 4,130 m (Annapurna Base Camp) - 03 hrs.
With wonderful morning views of Annapurna mountain range, today a short walk up to base camp, our morning trek leads on grassy hill slopes to reach the higher level ground as the walk advance towards Annapurna Base Camp, with stunning views of Annapurna peaks that encircles the sanctuary facing toward the giant wall of Mt. Annapurna I. After a good scenic walk reaching Annapurna Base Camp a magnificent spot with few large lodges, offering tremendous and awesome scenery of snowcapped peaks that encircle lovely spots at base camp, afternoon at leisure to enjoy the mountain views. Annapurna area was first explored by the British Adventure Col. James O.M. 'Jimmy' Roberts in the year 1956 and exposed to the world as the 'Sanctuary of Gods'. The Sanctuary has been christened as "Annapurna Sanctuary" ever since.
Day 09: Trek to Tent peak Base Camp 4,450 m / 14,600 ft - 05 hrs.
From Annapurna Base Camp, walk leads beyond Sanctuary and base camp as our route head across snow-covered moraine rocky path and towards icy trail for an hour reaching Annapurna south glacier. Walking with short climb offering grand views of Tent Peak or Tharpu Chuli includes a range of high mountains, after few hours of good trek reaching a flat ground to set our base camp with first night camping, afternoon free for climbing preparation.
Day 10: Rest and acclimatize with preparation for the climb.
A perfect spot for free and rest day, where all need to gets acclimatized well before heading for the tough climb on top Tent Peak or Tharpu Chuli, on this rest day allows you with some practice on ice and rocks with preparation for onward adventure.
Day 11: Trek to High Camp 5,200 m / 17,056 ft - 04 hrs.
We have added an extra camp to make the climb more accessible for this hard and technical ascent to the summit of Tent Peak, from the base camp climb further with steep slopes over rock and glacier with a lot of boulders, as our adventure continues reaching at high camp above 5,200 meters, afternoon free preparation for next morning summit bid to Tent Peak.
Day 12: Climb Tent Peak summit and return to Base Camp - 06 hrs.
Our final high lights and a Big Day! Starting early morning as climb leads over steep snow slope with some technical section to reach on top of the summit; where our expert guide will fix ropes on the necessary section of the climb to make it safe to reach the summit, after a tough and hard climb reaching the top feeling in high spirit with amazing views that surround the summit. After a great time on top with awesome scenery descend back safely to base camp.
Day 13: Trek back to Annapurna Base Camp - 05 hrs.
After a great successful climb with awesome adventure and feeling in high spirit and then cleaning up the base camp, where walk leads back to Annapurna Base Camp following an icy trail, with moderate walks of five hours to reach Annapurna base camp in the comfort of the nice lodge.
Day 14: From Annapurna Base Camp walk downhill to Bamboo 2,345 m - 06 hrs.
After a great fascinating time on top Tent Peak and around Annapurna Base Camp within the beautiful sanctuary, a long downhill walk to reach lower areas as morning leads to Deurali past Machhapuchare Base Camp, then with few short ups and down following a gradual winding trail back into the green forested area to Bamboo for the overnight stay. A nice and pleasant spot a temporary settlement with lodges to cater to the needs of the trekkers located by the Modi River in a gorge within green bamboo and rhododendron forest.
Day 15: Trek to Jhinu village 1,780m with Hot Spring - 06 hrs.
From Bamboo a short steep climb up to KhuldiGhar, then on winding downhill path into the dense forest to Sinuwa-Danda, and then our walk descends to Chomrong Khola. After crossing the bridge an uphill walk for less than an hour to reach Chomrong village for short rest or lunch stop, after Chomrong a short for half-hour reaching at the top of Chomrong ridge, from here our route descends to Jhinu-Danda for an overnight stay, this place offers refreshing hot springs just 20 minutes’ walk downhill near Modi river.
Day 16: Trek to Siwai and drive to Pokhara - 05 hrs.
After enjoying overnight at Jhinu with fresh natural hot spring, our last day walk of the adventure completes as our journey leads to a road head at Siwai for the exciting and scenic drive back to beautiful Pokhara with overnight by the lake Phewa.
Day 17: From Pokhara drive to Kathmandu 1,345 m - 06hrs.
After a wonderful time in the high mountains and hills, taking a morning driving journey back to Kathmandu, on reaching Kathmandu after 5-6 hours of nice interesting drive, transfer to respective hotels with afternoon free at leisure or last day shopping souvenirs and handicrafts.

Day 18: International Departure for Homeward bound.
Last day in Nepal in the country of high Himalayan mountains with fascinating culture, after a memorable time and adventure on Tent Peak Climb with Annapurna Sanctuary treks, as per your international flight time our staff transfers you to the airport for the flight homeward bound or to your next port of call and respective countries.
