Please follow the norms and conditions that we have set out to make your stay pleasurable before you join or book with us.
Before you book any of our trips, we strongly suggest that you buy medical and travel insurance to stay secure. It’s necessary in situations where your medical bills for using a helicopter or other means of transportation that is beyond the company’s control can be directly claimed from your insurance. Well Plan Treks will write you a detailed letter about what happened so you can use it to get money back from your insurance company if such a situation arises.
In case of mishaps and accidents or severe illness, we will contact your insurance company if it is okay to use a heli or other immediate life-saving process and transportation to the nearest medical post and hospitals, where your insurance company will directly pay related expenses accordingly, as per the situation and conditions. For all trips with us, we need your contact address as well as someone else’s contact information in case something goes wrong and we need to reach someone.
After reading through our norms and conditions that we have set as guidelines, you make the plan for your chosen trips and start booking by sending us a form filled with full details of your passport and of the chosen trip, with 20% payment as the non-refundable amount for the chosen trip. On receiving details of your passport with a scanned copy or photocopy, along with booking forms, we will send you a confirmation with a receipt of the deposit received. Regarding direct deposit to our bank accounts and for credit card payment, which we accept as Visa or MasterCard, an extra 04% levy surcharge will be added on top of the trip cost payment.
All clients should have a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months of validity. Nepalese visas can be obtained on arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, Nepal, or from your home country at the Nepal Embassy or Consulates.
You can make the payment either by wire transfer to the bank account or via credit card. The advance payment for the chosen trip and the rest of the remaining balance should be paid on arrival in Kathmandu before the trip departure.
