TRAVEL & MEDICAL & TRAVEL INSURANCE
Before you book any of our trips we strongly suggest that you buy medical and travel insurance to make you stay and while traveling in Nepal Himalaya or neighboring countries, which will help and support you, in case medical and travel problem arise and situation beyond companies control.If such situation arises with emergency evacuation, where your medical bills on using transportations services by Helicopter or other means of which you can directly claim from your insurance, which is to be paid by you or by your insurance company on the spot.Where Well Plan Treks will obtain a strong letter of the incidents occurred so that you can claim from your insurance agents. In case of mishaps and accidents or severe illness, we will contact your insurance company if it is okay to use Heli or other immediate life-saving process and transportation to the nearest medical post and hospitals, where your insurance company will directly pay related expenses accordingly as per situations and conditions of the victims. For all trips with us, we need your contact address as well of you next to kin, family members, close relatives or friends in case of emergency purpose.
After reading through our norms and conditions that we have set as guidelines, then you make the plan for you’re the chosen trips and start booking sending Well Plan Treks (P) Ltd.A form filled with full details of your passport and of the trip chosen with 20 % as the on-refundable amount from the chosen trip. On receiving details of your passport with scanned or photocopy, along with booking forms, and then the company will send you a confirmation with a receipt of the deposit received.
Regarding direct deposit to our bank accounts and as well for Credit Card payment which we accept Visa or Master Card with extra 04 % levy surcharge will be added on top of the trip cost payment.
TRIP BOOKING, CANCELLATION & BOOKING CHANGES
Trip cancellation to be informed within two weeks ahead prior to your arrival in Nepal and must be made in writing.
A: Cancellation shall be valid only after notice has been received by Well Plan Trek. The Trip will be termed as canceled with the cancellation charge of 20 % which will be deducted from the advance payment.
B: There will be no refund that provides CANCELLATION NOTICE less than Ten Days, and if one quits or leaves from the going and chosen the trip for any reason whatsoever purpose, either voluntarily or involuntarily, where the company will not entertain with the refund or reimburse for the incomplete trip days.
C: If a person prevented from traveling by any circumstance or reasons, for examples, death, injury or serious illness of the passenger, close relative or friend, redundancy or jury service, you may postpone or transfer your trip to another person, provided he or she meets all the requirements relating to respective tour chosen and accepted.
NEPAL ENTRY VISAS & VALID PASSPORT:
All clients should have a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months of validity. Nepalese visas can be obtained on arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, Nepal, or from your home country at Nepal Embassy or Consulates.
PAYMENT ON BOOKING:
You can make the payment either by wire transfer to the bank account or via credit card. The advance payment of the trip chosen, the rest of the remaining balance should be paid on arrival in Kathmandu before trip departure.
01. Payment and Refund Policy
When you confirmed your trip, we need with scanning a copy of one photograph, a photocopy of your passport, and a 20% down payment of the total price for advance domestic flight tickets and hotel booking and permit process. Bank service charges should be paid by the clients themselves at the time of deposit. To secure a place, a 20% non-refundable down payment is required to make in advance as per the company policy.

RISK & LIABILITIES
All Nepal trips run and organized under well-planned rules and regulations of the Nepal Tourism Board. In this case, Well Plan Treks (P) Ltd. will not be liable for any change or cancellation of the trip under unavoidable circumstances like change in rules and regulations of the respective country of travel, government restrictions, natural disasters, political instability, cancellation of flight, delay, sickness or accident, breakdown of the vehicle, etc. Any extra cost incurred due to such circumstances shall be borne by the clients themselves. Therefore, travel insurance is highly recommended.
Sometimes you might be compelled to cancel or postpone the trip of your choice after booking and paying an advance, in this case, a written notice should be sent to us by 25 days prior to the trip departure date. Minimum US $ 150 will be charged as a current trip cancellation charge and the remaining amount will be transferred for the trip postponed.
ON TRIPS INCOMPLETE
Well, Plan Treks (P) Ltd will not entertain incomplete journey and treks, with no refunds or compensation in case of breaking in between tour, trek, or expedition whatever one reason.
If the trip gets canceled due to any unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters, war or unfavorable climatic conditions, where we will try to reroute or arrange another trip for you. So, even if your trip will be not the one you choose, your money will not go in vain or worthless.
YOUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS
The company will not be liable for any damage or loss of your luggage or property during trekking and tour, they are at your own risk.
DURING TOUR AND TREKKING
Some people in the group or individual travelers might be a great pain with the negative attitude and if one commit any unlawful act during treks and tour which compels you to leave Nepal, and the company will not be able to refund you the amount paid in such circumstances.

Well, Plan Treks committed to Eco and Responsible Tourism making sure that the areas on trekking route including camps or lodge as well on tour, that rubbish, garbage, and litters are disposed properly at designated sites. Respecting local culture, following the norms as per village rules and conserving, protecting its pristine environment from destructions, as well supporting rural farm villages providing information on hygiene, safety trails and deforestations of tree lines. Supporting local schools with financial aid, from the money we save from each booking client as a charity to help and support remote and poor villages to uplift the standard of living.
