Nepal has so many incredible treks to offer. The most popular trek in Nepal is the trek to the Everest region, the Annapurna region, the Manaslu region, and the Langtang Valley. However, we normally find more people inquiring with us about Manaslu Circuit Trek, Manaslu Circuit Tsum Valley Trek, Mardi Himal Trek, Annapurna Base Camp Trek, Short Annapurna Circuit Trek, Everest Base Camp Trek and Everest Three Pass Trek and out of all these, our most demanding and selling trek package is Manaslu Circuit Trek- 14 days.
We offer a wide range of trekking packages across Nepal, from the West-Central Manaslu Circuit to the Eastern Dhaulagiri Circuit. In the Annapurna region, our popular treks include Annapurna Base Camp, Annapurna Circuit, Ghorepani Poon Hill, Tilicho Lake, Mardi Himal, Khopra Danda, and Nar Phu Valley. For the Everest region, you can choose from iconic treks such as Everest Base Camp Trek, Gokyo Lake Trek, Everest Panorama Trek, and the Three Pass Trek, or even an Everest Base Camp trek by road if you prefer to skip the flight. In the Manaslu area, options include the Manaslu Circuit, Tsum Valley, and luxury trekking experiences. We also organize treks to more remote regions of Nepal, including Upper Mustang, Rara Lake, Upper and Lower Dolpo, Ganesh Himal, and the Dhaulagiri Circuit. In the Langtang region, explore the Langtang Valley Trek, Gosaikunda Trek, and the Tamang Heritage Trail for a scenic and cultural adventure. We also organize peak climbing expeditions to summits such as Island Peak, Lobuche East Peak, Mera Peak, Yala Peak, and Tent Peak.
All our trekking guides are 15 + experienced, licensed, and English-speaking, with a true passion for the mountains. We do not just hire anyone. Our guides are local experts who have grown up in the region and know the trails inside out. Many have been leading treks for years, with some boasting over a decade of guiding experience. Our guides are not just navigators. They are storytellers who share local legends, point out hidden viewpoints, help you connect with villagers along the way, and ensure your comfort throughout the journey. In addition, all guides have completed professional training in first aid, altitude sickness management, and mountain safety, so you can trek with confidence and peace of mind.
Our trekking packages include almost everything you need for your adventure. This covers airport transfers, trekking permits, accommodation, meals, an experienced and licensed guide, and a porter to carry up to 25 kg of your gear. All transportation during the trek, including domestic flights depending on your itinerary, is included. You will also receive a trek map, a duffel bag for your gear, and a Well Plan Trekking t-shirt. You only need to bring your personal trekking gear, travel insurance, and some extra cash for snacks, drinks, hot showers, and tips. We take care of the rest so you can focus entirely on enjoying the mountains and the landscapes of Nepal.
We take care of all your trekking permits and documents. All you need to do is send us a few passport photos and a copy of your passport. We will handle the submission to the authorities and have your permits ready before your trek begins. On the first day, we will provide you with all the necessary documents, and your guide will carry the originals during the trek in case there are checkpoints along the route.
For most treks, previous trekking experience is not mandatory as long as you are willing to train beforehand and prepare for a real physical challenge. However, for more demanding routes such as the Everest Three Pass Trek, Upper Dolpo, Dhaulagiri Circuit, or Nar Phu Valley, we strongly recommend prior trekking experience. These treks involve extreme altitudes, remote areas with limited facilities, long and strenuous days, and sometimes technical passes, so preparation and experience are essential for safety and enjoyment.
Yes, you can fully customize your trekking itinerary based on your schedule, trek length, and fitness level. Whether you want to make a trek shorter or longer, add extra rest days to adjust for altitude, combine two different routes, skip certain sections, or include any other preferences, we can create a personalized plan for you. If there are specific villages you want to visit or areas where you want to spend more time, just let us know, and we will make it happen. Simply tell us how many days you have, your fitness level, the type of trek you dream of, and your budget, and we will design a trek that is perfect for you. We are completely flexible and committed to making your trekking experience exactly as you imagine.
Booking with us is simple and straightforward. Once you have chosen your trek, fill out our booking form with your passport details and pay a 20% deposit to confirm your spot. The deposit is non-refundable. Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card, and we accept Visa and MasterCard. Please note that card payments incur a 4% processing fee. The remaining balance can be paid upon your arrival in Kathmandu before your trek begins. Cancellations depend on the timing. If you cancel 31 days or more before your trek, you will receive a full refund, including your deposit. For cancellations made between 8 and 30 days before departure, the deposit is non-refundable, and 50% of the remaining payment will be returned. If you cancel less than 7 days before the trek or fail to show up, no refund is provided. If you need to postpone your trek instead of canceling, notify us in writing at least 25 days before your departure date. A $100 cancellation fee applies to your current booking, and the remaining amount will be transferred to your new dates. Once the trek has started, we cannot refund unused services such as accommodation or meals. For unforeseen events such as natural disasters, political issues, or flight cancellations, we are not liable for extra costs. For this reason, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance before your trip to Nepal.
The best times to trek in Nepal are spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November). These are the peak seasons, offering clear skies, comfortable temperatures, and breathtaking mountain views. The weather is ideal for trekking, and you can enjoy the trails at their most scenic. If you don’t mind occasional rain and prefer fewer crowds, summer or monsoon season (June to August) can also be a good time to trek. The trails are quieter, the landscapes are lush and green, and wildflowers bloom abundantly. Just be prepared for some rain and occasional cloud cover that may hide the mountains. Trekking in winter (December to February) is possible as well, especially for lower-altitude treks. The skies are often clear, but temperatures drop significantly at higher elevations, and snow is common. If you enjoy chilly weather, winter treks can be magical, offering serene landscapes and fewer trekkers. Weather in the mountains can be unpredictable, especially with recent climate changes, so it is always a good idea to remain flexible with your plans. Overall, spring and autumn are the best seasons for trekking in Nepal for the most comfortable and scenic experience.
