Climbing permits are required and only a limited number are issued each year by the Nepalese government.

why most dangerous climbing Mt. Manaslu?

Mt. Manaslu is considered one of the most dangerous mountains to climb due to some factors. One of the main reasons is its location in the Himalayas, which is known for unpredictable and severe weather conditions. The mountain also has a high avalanche risk, and the routes to the summit are steep and technically challenging. Additionally, the area is relatively remote and access to rescue and medical services can be difficult in case of an emergency. The combination of these factors makes Mt. Manaslu a challenging and dangerous climb for even experienced mountaineers.

Why Manaslu circuit trek is popular in Nepal?

The Manaslu Circuit Trek is popular in Nepal for several reasons. One of the main reasons is its natural beauty and diverse landscapes. The trek takes you through remote villages, lush forests, and high passes, offering spectacular views of Mt. Manaslu (the eighth-highest mountain in the world) and other peaks in the Himalayan range. Another reason for its popularity is the cultural experience it offers. The trek takes you through traditional villages of different ethnic groups, such as Gurungs, Tibetans, and Magars, where you can learn about their customs and way of life. Additionally, the Manaslu Circuit Trek is considered a less crowded alternative to the more popular Annapurna Circuit Trek and Everest Base Camp Trek, which makes it a great choice for trekkers who are looking for a more off-the-beaten-path experience. Finally, the trek is gaining popularity because of the recent opening of the area for trekkers, which was closed for a long time for political reasons. It was opened for trekkers in 1992.Manaslu Circuit Trek Blog
