The company was very informative and easy to get in touch with when we had to change meeting times quickly. Our guide Ram was amazing, great English and very knowledgeable about the Everest region. He was happy and energetic, always treating us like family when we got sick or a bit tired on the trek. Ram really made the whole experience difficult to forget.
