What is your booking and payment policy?

Booking with us is simple and straightforward. Once you have chosen your trek, fill out our booking form with your passport details and pay a 20% deposit to confirm your spot. The deposit is non-refundable. Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card, and we accept Visa and MasterCard. Please note that card payments incur a 4% processing fee. The remaining balance can be paid upon your arrival in Kathmandu before your trek begins.

Cancellations depend on the timing. If you cancel 31 days or more before your trek, you will receive a full refund, including your deposit. For cancellations made between 8 and 30 days before departure, the deposit is non-refundable, and 50% of the remaining payment will be returned. If you cancel less than 7 days before the trek or fail to show up, no refund is provided.

If you need to postpone your trek instead of canceling, notify us in writing at least 25 days before your departure date. A $100 cancellation fee applies to your current booking, and the remaining amount will be transferred to your new dates. Once the trek has started, we cannot refund unused services such as accommodation or meals.

For unforeseen events such as natural disasters, political issues, or flight cancellations, we are not liable for extra costs. For this reason, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance before your trip to Nepal.
