TRAVEL & MEDICAL & TRAVEL INSURANCE
Before you book any of our trips, we strongly suggest that you buy medical and travel insurance to ensure you stay and while traveling in Nepal Himalaya or neighboring countries, which will help and support you, in case medical and travel problem arise and situation beyond companies control if such a situation arises with emergency evacuation, where your medical bills on using transportation services by Helicopter or other means of which you can directly claim from your insurance, which is to be paid by you or by your insurance company on the spot. Where Well Plan Treks will obtain a strong letter documenting the incidents that occurred, so that you can claim from your insurance agents. In case of mishaps and accidents, or severe illness, we will contact your insurance company if it is okay to use Heli or other immediate life-saving processes and transportation to the nearest medical post and hospitals, where your insurance company will directly pay related expenses accordingly, as per the situation and conditions of the victims. For all trips with us, we need your contact address as well as your next of kin, family members, close relatives, or friends in case of emergency.
BOOKING PROCEDURE
After reading through our norms and conditions that we have set as guidelines, you make the plan for you’re chosen trips and start booking and sending Well Plan Treks (P) Ltd. A form filled with full details of your passport and of the trip chosen, with 20 % as the non-refundable amount for the chosen trip. On receiving details of your passport with a scanned or photocopy, along with booking forms, and then the company will send you a confirmation with a receipt of the deposit received.
Regarding direct deposit to our bank accounts and for Credit Card payment, which we accept Visa or Master Card, with extra 04 % levy surcharge will be added on top of the trip cost payment.
TRIP BOOKING, CANCELLATION & BOOKING CHANGES
Trip cancellation to be informed within two weeks prior to your arrival in Nepal and must be made in writing.
A: Cancellation shall be valid only after notice has been received by Well Plan Trek. The Trip will be termed as canceled with a cancellation charge of 30 %, which will be deducted from the advance payment.
B: There will be no refund provided if the CANCELLATION NOTICE is less than Ten Days, and if one quits or leaves from the going and chosen the trip for any reason whatsoever, either voluntarily or involuntarily, where the company will not entertain the refund or reimbursement for the incomplete trip days.
C: If a person prevented from traveling by any circumstance or reasons, for examples, death, injury or serious illness of the passenger, close relative or friend, redundancy or jury service, you may postpone or transfer your trip to another person, provided he or she meets all the requirements relating to respective tour chosen and accepted.
NEPAL ENTRY VISAS & VALID PASSPORT:
All clients should have a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months of validity. Nepalese visas can be obtained on arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, Nepal, or from your home country at the Nepal Embassy or Consulates.
PAYMENT ON BOOKING:
You can make the payment either by wire transfer to the bank account or via credit card.
The advance payment for the trip chosen, the rest of the remaining balance should be paid
on arrival in Kathmandu before trip departure.

RISK & LIABILITIES
All Nepal trips are run and organized under the well-planned rules and regulations of the Nepal Tourism Board. In this case, Well Plan Trekking (P) Ltd. will not be liable for any change or cancellation of the trip under unavoidable circumstances like change in rules and regulations of the respective country of travel, government restrictions, natural disasters, political instability, cancellation of flight, delay, sickness or accident, breakdown of the vehicle, etc. Any extra cost incurred due to such circumstances shall be borne by the clients themselves. Therefore, travel insurance is highly recommended.
TRIP POSTPONE
Sometimes you might be compelled to cancel or postpone the trip of your choice after booking and paying in advance; in this case, a written notice should be sent to us by 25 days before the trip departure date. Minimum US$ $ 150 will be charged as a current trip cancellation charge, and with remaining amount will be transferred for the trip postponed.
ON TRIPS INCOMPLETE
Well, Plan Treks (P) Ltd will not entertain incomplete journeys and treks, with no refunds or compensation in case of breaking in between tour, trek, or expedition whatever any reason.
UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
If the trip gets canceled due to any unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters, war, or unfavorable climatic conditions, we will try to reroute or arrange another trip for you. So, even if your trip is not the one you chose, your money will not go in vain or be worthless.
YOUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS
The company will not be liable for any damage or loss of your luggage or property during trekking and tour, they are at your own risk.
DURING TOUR AND TREKKING
Some person in the group or individual travelers might be a great pain with a negative attitude, and if one commits any unlawful act during treks and tours, which compels you to leave Nepal, the company will not be able to refund you the amount paid in such circumstances.
ECO-FRIENDLY AND TOURISM
Well Plan Treks is committed to Eco and Responsible Tourism, making sure that the areas on the trekking route, including camps or lodges as well as on tour, that rubbish, garbage, and litter are disposed of properly at designated sites. Respecting local culture, following the norms as per village rules and conserving, protecting its pristine environment from destruction, as well as supporting rural farm villages, providing information on hygiene, safety trails, and deforestation of tree lines. Supporting local schools with financial aid, from the money we save from each booking client, as a charity to help and support remote and poor villages, to uplift the standard of living.
